Terms of Service

By accessing or using iyloo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals.

Iyloo provides a cloud-based email marketing and automation platform that allows users to create, send, and track email campaigns. The Service includes template management, contact list management, campaign scheduling, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your login credentials • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree NOT to use iyloo to: • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to contacts who have not given verifiable consent • Transmit or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state an affiliation • Harvest or scrape contact data without consent • Circumvent any technical measures or rate limits • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable anti-spam law Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send through iyloo. You warrant that: • You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from recipients • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights • You maintain an active, accessible unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email • You promptly honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days iyloo may scan email content for policy compliance but does not otherwise read personal communications.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. If you dispute a charge, contact billing@iyloo.com within 60 days of the charge date.

iyloo and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including all software, templates, and designs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the iyloo name, logo, or trademarks. You retain all rights to your content (email campaigns, contact data, creative assets). You grant iyloo a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IYLOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
